ClimbWell & Neurodivergence
ClimbWell’s founder, David Barretto, understands firsthand the challenges of neurodivergence. Having ADHD himself, David and his team create a supportive space for climbers with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent conditions.
We use an interactive curriculum, designed to keep participants engaged through gamification and visual aids on an iPad, providing a clear and enjoyable learning path.
This approach fosters a sense of accomplishment and helps climbers feel safe and welcomed in every session.
What Makes Us Unique
Unlike many NDIS services that struggle to maintain participant engagement, ClimbWell offers an experience that’s both dynamic and deeply personal.
Our program is designed to continuously challenge and excite participants, using the climbing environment to build powerful life skills.
We blend climbing techniques with mindfulness and psychology principles, guiding participants toward emotional regulation, focus, and a calmer future.
The Bigger Picture
Climbing is about more than just reaching the top; it’s about joining a global community of support and encouragement.
ClimbWell’s ultimate goal is to prepare participants for independent climbing, where they no longer need structured lessons but can rely on the climbing community for continued growth.
We aim to build climbers who thrive in any environment, indoors or outdoors, surrounded by people who share their passion.
